This Website is owned and operated by La. Sirena Boutique.

These terms govern the online trading agreement between La. Sirena Boutique and the website user.

 Placing an Order and Payment

Payment must be made at the time of submitting the Purchase Order.

Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Afterpay, or PayPal only. By using this service, you warrant that you are the authorized user of the payment method selected.

All purchase orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by La Sirena Boutique. 

All transactions are settled in AUD. For orders placed from outside Australia with a bank account or credit card in a different currency, the transaction will be converted to AUD at the point of sale.

The exchange rate and associated conversion fee are subject to change daily, and may vary depending on your bank or credit provider. For more information, please contact your financial institution.

To assist you in understanding the approximate cost of products on our site, prices may be displayed with an estimated conversion to your local currency. Please note that these conversions are for reference only and may not be the final amount charged to your credit card.

The final charge to your card is processed in Australian Dollars, and the resulting conversion rate is determined by your bank or credit card provider. As such, we are not liable for the final amount charged to your credit card or PayPal account.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase.

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.

La. Sirena does not take responsibility for any lost or stolen Gift Cards. 

Promotional Codes

From time to time La. Sirena Boutique has special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code that we provide to you. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided during the checkout process and hit the "apply" button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order automatically. Please note only one promotional code may be used per transaction. Unless otherwise specified each promotional code may only be used once per customer.

 Faulty Policy

Our commitment to quality is unwavering, and we conduct rigorous quality control checks on every product before it leaves our premises. If, however, a manufacturing fault has occurred, we will happily provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our legal obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation. For further details, please refer to our Returns Policy. It is important to note that ordinary wear and tear during the course of use does not constitute a manufacturing fault.

This website is provided by La. Sirena with accurate information to the best of our ability. We take all reasonable care to ensure the security of your orders and payment details, we however cannot be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access by third parties.

Definitions

"Agreement" means the terms and conditions that apply to the use of this Website which may be amended from time to time.

"Product/s" means the product that is specified on the Purchase Order as the product You wish to purchase pursuant to the Agreement.

"Purchase Order" means the online purchase order form to be completed by you in relation to your purchase of the product.
