Store Credit & Exchanges
At La Sirena, all orders (both Australian and international) are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Refunds are not offered for change of mind, incorrect selection, or sizing.
At La Sirena, we want your experience to feel effortless, personal, and elevated from the moment you discover your new piece to when it arrives, and beyond. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to guide you through the next steps.
Australia
Store Credit & Exchange Policy
~ Store credit or exchange is available on eligible full-priced items for change of mind, incorrect selections, or sizing issues
~ Refunds are only issued if an item is deemed faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
~ Store credit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue
~ Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty
Eligibility for Returns
~ Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of dispatch
~ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags attached
~ Items showing any signs of wear, including makeup, tan, scent, or damage, will not be accepted
~ Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty
Exchanges
To avoid missing out on your preferred size or style while your return is on its way back, our exchange process is structured as follows:
~ An invoice will be issued for your new item, including any price difference and a $15 Express Shipping fee
~ Completing the invoice secures your new size or style immediately
~ Your replacement item will be held during this process
~ Once your original item is returned and approved, your new item will be dispatched via Express Post
Please note:
~ Complimentary Express Shipping applies to your first order only on orders over $200 AUD
~ The $15 Express Shipping fee applies to all exchanges and is the responsibility of the customer
~ Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item
~ Exchange items are dispatched only once the return has been received, inspected, and approved
~ Items that do not meet return conditions will be returned to the sender
Return Shipping
~ Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
~ Orders placed using store credit are subject to standard shipping fees
~ Complimentary Express Shipping applies to your first order only over $200 AUD
~ Exchange shipping is charged at $15 AUD Express
We recommend using Australia Post with tracking and insurance for all returns.
Pre-Orders & Recuts
All pre-orders and recuts are subject to estimated delivery timeframes only. These timeframes may change and are not grounds for refund or cancellation.
~ Pre-order and recut cancellations are issued as store credit only
~ Refunds are not available for pre-orders or recuts under any circumstances, including delivery delays
~ Once received, pre-order items may be returned for store credit or exchange in line with our standard policy
By placing a pre-order or recut, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, email sales@lasirena.com.au with:
~ Your full name
~ Your order number
~ The item(s) you wish to return

La Sirena is not responsible for return parcels lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
International Returns
Store Credit & Exchange Policy
All international orders are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Refunds are not offered.
At checkout, international customers are required to complete a mandatory Terms & Conditions acknowledgement before their order can be processed.
By ticking this box, you acknowledge and agree that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes payable upon arrival in your country, and that these charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
You confirm that you have read and accepted La Sirena Boutique’s Returns & Exchanges Policy, including that international orders are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
International orders cannot be placed without completing this acknowledgement at checkout. This acknowledgement is securely recorded at the time of purchase and forms a binding part of the transaction agreement between you and La Sirena Boutique.
By completing your purchase, you waive any claim to a refund for change of mind, incorrect selection, sizing, delivery delays, or customs-related matters.
Failure to review or understand these terms prior to purchase does not constitute grounds for exception.
International Returns Process
~ Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your parcel
~ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached
~ Items showing any signs of wear will not be accepted
International Return Shipping
~ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
~ Tracked and insured shipping is strongly recommended
~ Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable
Requesting an International Return
Email sales@lasirena.com.au with:
~ Your full name
~ Order number
~ The item(s) you wish to return
Once approved:
~ You will receive an invoice for your return shipping label, issued based on your location (New Zealand $75 AUD, International $110 AUD)
~ Once paid, your return label will be provided and you may dispatch your return
Alternatively:
~ You may choose to return the item using your own preferred shipping provider
~ Returns must be shipped promptly and received within the required return timeframe
~ We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as La Sirena is not responsible for lost or delayed returns
~ Store credit is issued once the return has been received, inspected, and approved
