RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to absolutely love your pieces from La Sirena Boutique. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns:
Store Credit Only
- We offer store credit only for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
- Refunds are not issued unless an item is deemed faulty.
- Store credit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
Returns
- Must be requested within 14 days of dispatch.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns showing signs of wear (e.g. makeup, tan, scent, damage) will not be accepted.
Exchanges
- If you’d like a different size or style, return your item for store credit and place a new order using that credit.
- This ensures you can secure your preferred item before it sells out.

Customers are responsible for both the return shipping of the original item and the shipping cost for the replacement. A shipping fee of $14.40 will be invoiced separately prior to dispatch of the new item.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchange orders. This includes the cost of returning the original item and the shipping fee for any new items purchased using store credit. We offer complimentary express shipping on initial orders over $200, however, all subsequent shipping costs related to returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale Items
- Items marked SALE cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
Pre-Order Policy
- If you choose to cancel a pre-order before the item has shipped, you will receive a store credit.
- No refunds will be provided for pre-order cancellations.
- If your pre-order arrives and it’s not quite right, you are still welcome to return it for store credit under our standard return policy.
Return Shipping Recommendation
- We strongly recommend returning your item via Australia Post with tracking and insurance to ensure safe delivery.
- La Sirena is not responsible for any return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
- We also recommend choosing express postage when returning items to ensure they arrive within the 14-day return window.
- Returns that arrive outside of this window may not be accepted and store credit will be declined.

Once your return has been approved, please ensure your parcel includes a clear note with your full name and order number inside. Returns received without proper identification may experience processing delays.
Please note: All return requests must be submitted via email. Messages sent through voicemail, Instagram, or Facebook may not be monitored and cannot be accepted as formal return requests. To ensure your return is processed, always contact us at sales@lasirena.com.
La Sirena Boutique maintains the right to decline all returns if the merchandise does not adhere to our Return Policy specifications. In this case, the item will be sent back to the address on the original order.
