Store Credit Policy

 

 

We offer store credit only on full-priced items for:

✔️ Change of mind

✔️ Incorrect selections

✔️ Sizing issues


Refunds are only issued if an item is deemed faulty.


✔️ Store credit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue

✔️ Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty

 


 

 

Eligibility for Returns

 


✔️ Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of dispatch

✔️ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags attached

✔️ Items showing signs of wear (including makeup, tan, scent, or damage) cannot be accepted

✔️ Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty

 


 

 

How Exchanges Work


To avoid missing out on your preferred size or style while your return is on its way back, here’s how our exchange process works:


✔️ Jamie will issue an invoice for your new item, balancing out any price difference and applying a $15 Express Shipping fee

✔️ Simply check out the invoice to secure your new size or style immediately

✔️ Your replacement item will be held for you during this process

✔️ Once your original item is returned and approved, your new item will be shipped via Express Post


Please note:


✔️ Complimentary Express Shipping applies to your first order only (on orders over $200 AUD)

✔️ For exchanges, the $15 Express Shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer

✔️ Customers are also responsible for the cost of returning the original item back to La Sirena

✔️ Exchange items are only dispatched once your return has been received, inspected, and approved

✔️ Items that do not meet Return Policy conditions will be sent back to you

~ Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

~ If you place a new order using store credit, standard shipping fees apply

~ Complimentary Express Shipping is provided on your first order only (over $200 AUD)

~ Exchange shipping is charged at $15 AUD Express


We recommend using Australia Post with tracking and insurance for all returns to ensure safe, timely delivery.

 


 

 

Pre-Order Returns

 


✔️ Pre-order cancellations result in store credit

✔️ Refunds are not issued for cancelled pre-orders

✔️ If your pre-order arrives and it’s not quite right, you can return it for store credit under our standard policy

Please ensure your parcel includes a note with your full name and order number. Parcels without identification may experience delays.


We strongly recommend returning items via Australia Post with tracking and insurance. Express Post is encouraged to meet the 14-day return window. La Sirena is not responsible for return parcels lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

~ A flat $69 AUD shipping fee will be invoiced once your return is approved

~ We strongly recommend using tracked, insured shipping — La Sirena is not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels

~ Duties, taxes, and customs fees paid at the time of your order are non-refundable and remain the customer’s responsibility

Once approved:

✔️ You’ll receive return instructions and an invoice for the $69 AUD return shipping fee

✔️ Once paid, you can dispatch your return
