RETURNS POLICY

Full-price purchases from La. Sirena Boutique’s online or retail store may be returned for credit or exchange within 14 days of dispatch. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.

La. Sirena Boutique does not offer full refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling costs associated with returning items, as well as the shipping cost for sending out the exchanged item. Please note that original shipping charges and any taxes or duties are non-refundable.

To initiate a credit return, please email sales@lasirena.com.au with your order number, full name and items you are requesting a return for.

We endeavour to process all returns as soon as they are received, however please allow up to 2 business days for your return to be processed. 

Once a return has been received and processed, a credit note will be issued in the form of a gift voucher for your convenience. This allows you to easily track your balance and use it at any time.

Gift vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue and can be used across multiple purchases until the balance is fully redeemed.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

If you cancel a pre-order before the style has been shipped, you will qualify for store credit only. No cash refunds will be provided for pre-order cancellations.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please email us immediately with your order number, full name, and photos of the item, along with a detailed description of the fault. (sales@lasirena.com.au)

We will strive to facilitate a replacement or refund in a timely manner, contingent upon the manufacturer's assessment of the item's condition. If deemed faulty, we will process your refund or exchange without delay.

We recommend returning your item via registered post or with postal insurance to ensure its secure delivery. We will not be held liable for missing parcels. Moreover, express shipping is suggested to meet the returns timeframe; failure to do so will result in the rejection of your credit return request.

La Sirena Boutique maintains the right to decline all returns if the merchandise does not adhere to our Return Policy specifications. In this case, the item will be sent back to the address on the original order.
