Returns Policy

Full Price Items

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase.

If you change your mind for any reason you are welcome to return all full-price purchases for an exchange or store credit note within 14-days of the purchase date. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have the tags still attached to be eligible for a return.

Store credit notes are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Return requests must be authorised within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. We do not provide prepaid return labels, so please organise this with your local courier. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely, as we are not liable for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels. Please note that original shipping charges and taxes/duties are non-returnable.

Sale Items

Please note that garments purchased on sale are considered final sale are not eligible to be returned for a refund, store credit or style exchange, unless the items are deemed faulty.

Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us immediately with photos, your order number and details of the fault. We will endeavour to arrange a replacement or a refund for you as quickly as possible, based on an assessment from the manufacturer. If the manufacturer deems your item faulty, then your refund or exchange will be processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend sending your return item with via registered post or with postal insurance. We will not hold any responsibility for missing parcels.
Express shipping is also recommended if the item is being returned, as failure to meet returns timeframe will result in dismiss of credit return.


We endeavour to process all returns as soon as they are received, however please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. Customers will be emailed a confirmation once their return has been approved.

Garments will be quality assessed upon their return and must be received in their original condition – unworn, unwashed and including all original tags and packaging. La Sirena Boutique reserves the right to deny an exchange/refund of the merchandise returned if they do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.
