Important Information for International Orders
Duties, Taxes, and Customs Charges
La Sirena Boutique is not responsible for any duties, taxes, GST, tariffs, customs fees, brokerage fees, or additional charges that may be applied upon delivery. These charges are imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
If a shipment is refused, delayed, held, or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs charges, any costs charged back to La Sirena Boutique including return shipping fees, customs charges, handling fees, and courier administrative costs will be deducted from the value of any store credit or refund. In some cases, a refund or store credit may not be available if these costs exceed the total order value.
La Sirena Boutique is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from unpaid customs charges, incorrect customs information provided by the recipient, or customs processing decisions.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all applicable customs charges and that refusal or non payment may result in deductions from your refund or the forfeiture of any refund or store credit
Delivery Timeframes
We work diligently to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible and to ensure it is handed over to the delivery service promptly.
Once your parcel has been collected by DHL, delivery timeframes, customs clearance, and transit speed are entirely outside of our control. While DHL Priority Express is the fastest available service, international delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, local regulations, remote delivery locations, or other external factors.
La Sirena Boutique is not responsible for delays once the parcel is with DHL.
United States Orders – Tariff and Duty Update
Due to recent changes in United States customs legislation, all orders shipped to the USA are now subject to mandatory import duties and tariffs, regardless of order value.
These charges are set by U.S. Customs and are payable directly to DHL upon delivery.
La Sirena Boutique is not responsible for these duties, nor for any delays, refusals, or returns resulting from non payment. If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, any associated return shipping costs and customs fees will be deducted from the order value. In some cases, a refund may not be available if these costs exceed the total order amount.
Shipping Notice:
As we’re based in a regional area, all DHL Express parcels are first collected by a third-party agent before entering the DHL network. This can cause a delay of 2–3 business days before tracking updates appear.
