We proudly ship La Sirena Boutique globally using DHL Express — a premium, fast and fully tracked delivery service.

Important International Shipping Pricing Update

Please note the current price of international shipping reflects temporary increases in global fuel costs and carrier surcharges.

These charges are set directly by our international shipping carriers and are unfortunately outside of La Sirena Boutique’s control. Should carrier fuel surcharges reduce in future, we hope international shipping pricing will ease accordingly.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage and other customs-related charges as determined by the destination country. These charges are not included at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that all applicable duties, taxes and customs charges must be paid in full for your parcel to be released by customs and delivered. DHL, or the appointed carrier, may act on your behalf to facilitate customs clearance and may contact you directly to arrange payment.

Duties, taxes and customs charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, abandoned or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, or failure to provide required information for customs clearance, any costs incurred, including return shipping, customs charges, storage fees and carrier administrative fees, will be deducted from your order value. Where such costs exceed the order value, no refund or store credit will be issued.

La Sirena Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, additional charges imposed by customs authorities, or failed delivery resulting from non-payment of duties, refusal of shipment, or incorrect or incomplete information provided by the recipient.


International Order Acknowledgement

At checkout, international customers are required to complete a Terms & Conditions acknowledgement before their order can be processed.

By ticking this box, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all policies relating to shipping, duties and taxes, and returns.

This includes acknowledgement that all applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

This confirmation is securely recorded at the time of purchase and forms part of the transaction agreement.


Delivery Timeframes

We dispatch all orders promptly from our boutique.

Once collected by DHL, delivery timeframes are managed by the courier and may vary due to customs processing, local regulations or destination location.


Shipping Notice

As we are based in a regional location, DHL Express parcels are first collected by a third-party agent before entering the DHL network.

This may result in a short delay of 3-4 business days before tracking updates become visible.
