Tracking
We pride ourselves on exceptionally fast dispatch.
Once your parcel has been dispatched you'll receive your tracking email immediately.
After collection by DHL Express, delivery is managed by the courier.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees and other customs-related charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges:
• are not included in your order total or shipping fee.
• are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
• are determined by your local customs authority or shipping carrier.
Before completing an international order, customers are required to accept our Terms & Conditions by ticking the mandatory acknowledgement checkbox at checkout. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes and customs-related charges.
If customs charges remain unpaid or an international shipment is refused, abandoned, returned to sender or remains unclaimed, all costs incurred, including return freight, duties, taxes, storage and carrier administration fees, will be deducted from any applicable refund or store credit. Where these costs exceed the value of the order, no refund or store credit will be payable.

Delivery Delays Outside Our Control
Once your parcel has been dispatched and collected by Australia Post or DHL Express, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier.
La Sirena Boutique is not liable for delays, failed deliveries or additional delivery time resulting from customs processing, severe weather, transport disruptions, industrial action, carrier delays, government restrictions, public holidays, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
